We do most phases of residential remodeling such as replacement windows, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, and interior finish.
Here are pictures of 2 camps remodeled into 1. The camp on the left is older and the pier foundation had to be replaced. The camp on the right was raised to match the floor level of the older camp.
We then installed a new foundation underneath with beams cantilevered out to support the screened porch. The porch overhangs a stone patio, accented with stone walls and steps. We then built between the two camps, removed the roof on the newer camp and reframed some walls and the roof to tie them together.
With new roofing, siding, windows and doors, and interior finsh; the 2 camps are now 1.
